Desoky Studio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email used at checkout, or
• Contact us at hello@ahmeddesoky.studio and we will help you submit the request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take several business days to appear.

Custom project work

For custom design work that has already been delivered or substantially performed, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's refund handling.
