1. The seller

These terms are entered into between you and Desoky Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide brand identity, packaging, art direction, and digital/website design services, as well as subscription packages described on our pricing page.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Using it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Sending spam, malware, or attempting to compromise security.
• Infringing intellectual property or scraping the service.
• Probing, scanning, or interfering with our systems or other users.

4. Intellectual property

All software, documentation, branding, and content of the service remain the property of Desoky Studio or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your purchased plan.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

6. Service level

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
